Anonymous Please do NOT fall for the adoption-scammers. It is NEVER in the best interest of the child to take it out of their natural habitat (yes even after war). Children go unprotected in foreign hands. It will bring trauma upon trauma, because Western people will never understand the hardships the child has gone through or the hardships he/she will face growing up cut from their ancestral grounds and blood ties.
